What types of charms do you offer?

We offer a variety of 925 silver charms, including animal motifs, symbols, and custom designs. Each charm is designed to add a unique touch to your bracelet.

What are your promotional offers?

For every 4 charms purchased, the 3rd is free. In addition, for the purchase of 2 charms, 1 is free. Please indicate the desired charm in the "Comments" field when ordering.

2. Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

To place an order, select the charms you want, add them to your cart, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it will depend on the status of the order.

3. Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Delivery is worldwide and takes between 8 and 15 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur during periods of high demand.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

4. Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?


We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the charms are unworn and in their original packaging.

How to make a return or exchange?

To return a product, please contact us by email for a return number and instructions. Exchanges are possible if the product is in good condition.
